We want you to love your gear. You can return any item within 90 days, even if it has been used or tested, for a full refund or exchange with your proof of purchase.

How do I book a rental for skis, snowboards, or camping gear?

Rentals can be reserved online through our rental portal. Simply select your dates, choose your equipment, and pick it up at your preferred Sports Basement location.

Do you offer professional bike tuning and ski waxing services?

Yes, every Sports Basement location features a full-service shop staffed by expert technicians for bike repairs, ski/snowboard tuning, and tennis racquet restringing.

How long does shipping take for online orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options and free 'Buy Online, Pick Up In Store' for most items within 24 hours.

What are the benefits of the Basementeer loyalty program?

Basementeers receive 10% off every purchase and 10% of their annual spending is donated to a local charity or school of their choice.

Do you offer price matching for other sports retailers?
